25 years across agencies, digital teams and startups - and I still find the messy middle as interesting than the polished version.

I've spent most of my career inside other people's businesses - leading digital teams, building agency operations, consulting on growth and strategy. I'm good at seeing how things fit together and making them work.Outside of that, I write songs. I've released over 150 instrumental compositions and songs, and I'm building a sync licensing business for independent film and video creators. Music keeps me honest about what it means to make something from scratch.I am a late diagnosed ADHD'er. And since then, a lot of things make sense.I'm based in the UK.
