I've spent most of my career inside other people's businesses - leading digital teams, building agency operations, consulting on growth and strategy. I'm good at seeing how things fit together and making them work.Outside of that, I write songs. I've released over 150 instrumental compositions and songs, and I'm building a sync licensing business for independent film and video creators. Music keeps me honest about what it means to make something from scratch.I am a late diagnosed ADHD'er. And since then, a lot of things make sense.I'm based in the UK. I consult, create, write, and speak honestly about digital marketing and business solutions. You can find and follow my articles, ideas and options on LinkedIn and Substack below.
If you run an agency or digital business
I consult on growth, operations and the stuff that's quietly creating problems before they become crises. I also have a practical risk management framework built specifically for agencies under £2M turnover.
If you're into the music side
I compose and release instrumental music under the name Juno Fell. I also have a sync licensing site - with tracks cleared for film, documentary and video work - at The Kitchen Sync Project.
If you just want to follow my thinking
I write honestly about my experiences building digital assets, digital businesses, working as a consultant, and my creative practice.
